Welcome, I'm Keely, a BACP registered and integrative trained counsellor working in person in Sevenoaks, Kent as well as online with adults and adolescents.

I understand that taking the step into counselling can feel daunting or overwhelming and I'm here to support you on your journey.    You may be facing challenges that are holding you back in the present, unresolved issues in childhood or attachments, patterns in how you relate with others might be impacting you in your relationships now and how you feel in your day-to-day being.

With experience in trauma, addiction, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, loss and working with adults and young people, I understand that each person is unique.  Together, we'll explore both your past and present in a safe and non-judgemental space, aiming to make sense of your experiences and empower you to live your life to the fullest
