About Me

People have always been my passion, who they are, how they think and feel, what makes them unique.  This interest gravitated me to different client facing roles throughout my career, understanding individuals more fully, their experiences, who they truly were and wanted to be.  Experiencing my own personal counselling and feeling how transformative that was, led to a natural calling for me to train as a therapist and complete a diploma in person-centred and psychodynamic counselling.  Taking that first step and reaching out can be difficult, I am here for you.

I work in an integrative way, meaning that I work with the individual in a way that's suited to their needs.  I believe the relationship between you and I is key to the foundation of our work together.  By providing you with an environment of warmth, safety, compassion and understanding we can explore whatever you wish to work through.  This can be working with the conscious presenting issues and stresses as well as exploring past experiences, childhood, trauma, bringing the unconscious to the conscious, enabling a fuller sense of self- awareness and healing.
