A free of charge initial 20 minute telephone consultation to discuss what brings you to counselling and explore if we'd be a right fit to work together.

Individual Counselling Sessions

50 minute counselling session either in person or online.

I believe in counselling being accessible for all and have some space for lower cost counselling, for example students and people on low incomes. If you think this applies to you please contact me.
